Do you add Sea Foam to an empty tank or does it matter?
Hi John. Yes, whether you have fuel in the tank matters because any engine needs fuel to run. We like to tell people to favor adding Sea Foam when the tank is low to increase the cleaning concentration, but not to a tank that is completely empty. Hope this helps!
