Can I add Trans Tune for shifting hesitation and leave it in until the next transmission fluid change? [SOLVED]
1 Answers
I have a 2003 Subaru Forester 4 cylinder automatic. About 1000 miles ago I had the transmission fluid and filter changed because of a little gear change hesitation. The hesitation went away, but came back a bit. Rather than changing the transmission fluid again, can I add Trans Tune now and keep in until the next transmission fluid change?

Thanks for the question! Yes, you can add Trans Tune now and leave it in there for the life of the fluid. It will clean and prevent varnish and residue buildup. If the hesitation is caused by varnish, the Trans Tune will help clear it up.
