Can I use a whole can of High Mileage in a Dodge Ram 5.7? [SOLVED]

I have an 04 Dodge Ram 5.7. Can I put the whole 16 oz High Mileage in, and for how long? Truck has 230k on it.

In oil, add 1 ounce of High Mileage per quart of oil in the crankcase. While it is safe to leave it in there for the life of the oil, we recommend adding it 100-300 miles before your next oil change. That gives the High Mileage enough time to circulate and clean, and it allows all the reliquefied oil residues to be drained away with the old oil.
In fuel, it works very well to add the whole 16 oz can. I like to wait until the tank is low (1/4 -1/8 tank), add the whole can, and then drive for at least 20 miles before refueling. That creates a great cleaning concentration.
