Thanks for the question. Yes, you can use Sea Foam in a 6.6 Duramax diesel in the fuel and the oil.
Here’s how you can use it:
In the fuel:
Wait until the tank is low (about 1/4 tank), add a full 16 oz can, and then drive at least 10–20 miles before refueling (or however long it takes to use up most of the treated fuel without running out). It’s safe to create a higher concentration like that, and it works very well to clean.

Add 1 ounce per quart of oil in the crankcase, 100–300 miles before your next oil change. That gives it time to circulate and clean. Do not exceed 1 ounce per quart.

Important note: Do not add Sea Foam to the DEF tank. It’s only for use in the fuel tank or crankcase oil.
