Do I have to fill up the gas tank after putting Sea Foam in it for storage? [SOLVED]
1 Answers
For a 1992 motorhome with about 3/8 tank of gas in it, should I put a can of Sea Foam in it, then let it run in the driveway for 15 minutes, and leave it for the winter, in MN, outside, starting it periodically through the winter? Or do I have to fill up the tank after putting Sea Foam in it? It’s a 1992 Tioga Montara Fleetwood.

Thanks for the question, Terry!
You do not have to fill up the tank after adding Sea Foam. That plan will work great in your motorhome. Just make sure to add at least 1 oz of Sea Foam per gallon of fuel in the tank. A second can wouldn’t hurt if you want to get some extra cleaning power in addition to stabilizing the fuel and protecting the fuel system.
