Hi Jim,
No, Sea Foam won’t alter the lubricating ability of two-stroke fuel. Note that Sea Foam is NOT a replacement for 2-stroke oil. Make sure you’re still using the proper fuel/oil mix ratio.
As far as how much Sea Foam to add, you can add up to a 1:2 ratio of Sea Foam to fuel. I’d recommend a minimum of 2 oz per gallon for cleaning.
