Does Sea Foam work as a lubricator to combat the drying properties of methanol? [SOLVED]
1 Answers
Good afternoon! I have a methanol burning, carbureted, small block. Sea Foam says it can work as a lubricator. Would this work as a good lubricator to combat the drying properties of methanol? If so, what ratio? Thanks!

Thanks for the question, Josh! Sea Foam Motor Treatment, when added to fuel, will add lubricity to fuel. However, Sea Foam Motor Treatment will not overcome the drying properties of methanol. Unfortunately, the chemical compound of methanol is so strong that Sea Foam Motor Treatment can not overcome it. Sea Foam Motor Treatment can still be added to methanol as a cleaning agent.
