How much Sea Foam Motor Treatment should I add into a 2 quart gasoline tank on a Briggs & Stratton 3HP 4 cycle engine? I want to keep the carb clean.

Hi Robert,
Adding 1-2 oz of Sea Foam to your tank will work great to help keep your carb clean. That ratio comes out to 2-3 oz of Sea Foam per gallon (the recommended dosage for preventative maintenance in small engines).
However, don’t be afraid to occasionally add a higher concentration of Sea Foam to a low tank of fuel to give your Briggs & Stratton a thorough cleaning. Even a 1:2 ratio of Sea Foam to fuel is completely safe and works very well to clean a small engine.
