How much Sea Foam should I add to my Husqvarna and Poulan chainsaw? [SOLVED]
1 Answers
I looked over your FAQ section and could not find the amount of Sea Foam we could add to a chainsaw without diluting the oil/fuel mix too much. What amount do you recommend for a Husqvarna 460 Rancher and Poulan Pro 50cc chainsaw for each tank of fuel? I am using Tru-Fuel pre-mix from quart cans. Thank you in advance.

Hi Tommy. Sea Foam will not dilute or alter the 2-stroke oil in your chainsaw gas mix. For your chainsaws, we recommend adding 2 ounces of Sea Foam per gallon of pre-mix tank fuel. If dealing with restricted (varnish) carburetor passageways you can always add a higher cleaning concentration. Sea Foam is made from petroleum cleaning and lubricating oils so will never require any special ratios of 2-stroke oil.
