Hi Tim. I’m not clear about what you’re asking but will suggest that you simply add Sea Foam to the boat’s fuel tank and operate as normal. Sea Foam in the fuel is always working to clean and protect your entire fuel system. If you’re asking how long it takes for Sea Foam to work, it might take as long as 20 minutes for treated tank fuel to make it’s way to the upper engine. Hope this somehow answers your question!
