Sea Foam in generator oil [SOLVED]

Yes, you can add Sea Foam Motor Treatment to your Cummins generator’s oil at any time. Add 1 ounce of Sea Foam per quart of oil.

While you can add it at any time, here’s what I’d do if possible: if you are going to be running your generator before you change your oil, I’d add the Sea Foam before your oil change and then run it for a while. That will give the Sea Foam time to clean things up and then you can drain the dirty oil (and everything the Sea Foam cleaned) when you change it.
