Can you put Sea Foam in with new oil after an oil change?

Yes, you can add Sea Foam at any point in the oil interval.
We recommend adding it to oil 100-300 miles before your next oil change. That way the residues and deposits that the Sea Foam reliquefies can be drained away with your old oil instead of circulating in the oil system.
That said, if you don’t have many miles on your engine or you know that your oil system is clean, you can add Sea Foam to fresh oil to help prevent residues and deposits from forming. Just keep an eye on your oil color and change it if it gets dirty.
