2002 Saturn jerks hard when you shift from park to drive, and it jerks hard when downshifting. Will Trans Tune help?

Try adding a can of Trans Tune to the transmission fluid. If the rough shifting is caused by varnish or residues, Trans Tune will help clean it up.
