Will Sea Foam Spray clean the throttle body, while cleaning the upper engine, or is that a separate operation?

Good question, Peter. Sea Foam Spray will help clean the throttle body during a standard application, but not fully. Carbon typically builds up on the back side of the throttle plate where Sea Foam Spray cannot get to. During the Sea Foam Spray application, Sea Foam Spray will get the area wet but not clean it. Manual cleaning while holding the throttle wide open with a toothbrush and some Sea Foam Spray will do the trick. Hope that helps!
