Will Sea Foam unclog the pilot jets on a 4 cylinder Carburetor motorcycle???? [SOLVED]

If the pilot jets are restricted from fuel gum and varnish (which is very common), Sea Foam can help clean them.

Here’s what I’d do in any carbureted engine that’s plugged up:

1. Drain the old fuel.
2. Add a 1:2 ratio of Sea Foam to fresh gas.
3. Run it for a few minutes if you can, or prime/crank/rope pull to draw the treated fuel into the carburetor if it doesn’t start.
4. Let it sit overnight – 24 hours minimum – or longer.
5. Once it starts, run it for a few minutes, and then as normal after that and use up the treated fuel. The Sea Foam will continue to clean as it runs.
