Adding Sea Foam when oil crankcase is full [SOLVED]
Asked by Sean R. In District Of Columbia
How is the Sea Foam supposed to fit when the crankcase is full of oil already? Should I ask a mechanic to pour out a cup of the oil and then drive for 500 miles before getting the oil changed, and tell him to leave room so I can add the remaining 8oz?
Hi Sean. Even when an oil crankcase is at full oil capacity, there is still plenty of room for adding half a can of Sea Foam. No need to remove any oil – just pour it in and drive as normal. Hope this helps!
