Can I use Sea Foam in the oil of a 2001 Ford Excursion? [SOLVED]
1 Answers
I have a 01 Ford Excursion with 300k. I’ve used Sea Foam as a fuel additive for years but never as an oil additive. I’m considering using it as an oil additive for my Excursion now. Is this recommended or is the mileage too high for this treatment?

Thanks for the question, Terry. It’s completely fine to add Sea Foam to the oil of your Excursion. Add it 100-300 miles before your next oil change. If you add it before every oil change, it will progressively work to clean oil residues and deposits. Just don’t exceed one treatment per oil interval.
