Yes, you can absolutely add Sea Foam Motor Treatment to the crankcase as an oil treatment. Sea Foam will reliquefy heavier oil residues and deposits that can restrict oil flow. Add it 100-300 miles before your next oil change. Add 1 oz per quart of oil in the crankcase.
