Does adding Sea Foam increase the volume of the oil in the crankcase?
Good question, Eric. You do not need to drain any oil before adding Sea Foam to the crankcase. Just follow the directions on the can (1 oz of Sea Foam per quart of oil) and you’re good to go. An oil crankcase has plenty of capacity for an “extra” few ounces.
