Does Sea Foam IC5 contain PEA for cleaning ?
No, IC5 does not contain PEA. Reason 1) is it doesn’t need it because of the other ingredients, 2) because PEA works, but you need a ton of it to be effective (and there’s not enough PEA in most products to cause any cleaning).
