For your 2002 Honda Accord EX V6 automatic, Sea Foam Trans Tune is added directly to the automatic transmission fluid dipstick tube.
As long as the transmission is not already overfilled, you can add the full 16 oz can without removing any fluid. Just follow the directions on the can. It will work to clean sticky residues and condition the transmission fluid for the life of the fluid.
