You bet, John, it’s still good! Because Sea Foam Motor Treatment, High Mileage, Marine PRO, Sea Foam Spray, Trans Tune and Deep Creep are all made from organic petroleum ingredients, they will NOT degrade in a sealed container that is not exposed to the atmosphere. So Sea Foam does not have a shelf life IF the container remains sealed.
If a can is opened and re-capped, Sea Foam will maintain much of its cleaning and lubricating qualities for several years, depending on how long it was left open, etc. We at Sea Foam would not hesitate to use it. BUT we recommend NOT using old or re-capped Sea Foam (or any product) if you don’t know the history of the can!

I have a can of unopened Sea Foam that has been in my car trunk for 4 years. So its been at hot and cold temps, numerous times, is it still good to use in my small Yanmar marine diesel engine?

Hi Tim. Yes, will last forever if the cap is sealed!
