Official Answer
Sea Foam Motor Treatment and Sea Foam Spray are made with 100% safe petroleum cleaning and lubricating ingredients and will not harm catalytic converters. However, they will not clean catalytic converters either.

When added to the engine oil, is there any concern that the resulting debris might harm the catalytic converter?

No, Sea Foam won’t cause debris that would harm a catalytic converter. Sea Foam reliquefies oil residues and deposits so they can be drained away with the old oil when you change it. Sea Foam in oil isn’t really going to interact with the catalytic converter (exhaust system) anyway, so no worries.
