If the cause of the shifting delay is buildup in the transmission, Trans Tune can help clean it up and restore smooth shifting. It’s an easy first thing to try.
If the delay is caused by worn out parts or a mechanical problem, Trans Tune won’t fix it. However, if you try it and it doesn’t help, it does serve to rule out a buildup problem and can be helpful in diagnostics.
If the issue is severe, we recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a reputable repair shop.
