Aside from the $2.00+ difference in price, what other differences are there between High Mileage Sea Foam and regular Sea Foam? this.

Hi Steve. Both blends are very similar. High Mileage is tougher on stubborn deposits and specialized for use in gas cars and trucks as they gather miles. Sea Foam Motor Treatment is more of a do-all for anything and everything!
