Using Sea Foam Spray in a Jetta with a turbo engine [SOLVED]
1 Answers
Hello. I’m curious if I can use Sea Foam Spray in my Jetta 1.8 litre (gasoline) turbo engine? I recruited a friend to rev the engine while I spray into the throttle body and he said he wasn’t sure I could use it in a turbo engine. Is it safe for gas turbo?

Hi Cynthia. Yes, Sea Foam Spray is safe to use in a gas turbo. How it works in the upper engine has no relationship to how and where intake air passes through gas turbo. Sea Foam Spray starts at the throttle plate and ends at the exhaust valve. We do appreciate your friend’s concern!
