“Got this 1986 Honda CR80 for my kid. It was starting and idling fine, but as soon as any throttle was applied it fell on its face and died. It would not pick up RPMs, sounded as though it kind of backfired. After checking several items I wound up doing a complete cleaning of the carb. It was pretty gummy. I added some Sea Foam Motor Treatment to the fuel and that seemed to clear out the rest of the carb gum problem! Great additive that works.”
