Yes, absolutely. For a high-mileage Ford F-150, I’d recommend High Mileage Sea Foam Motor Treatment. It’s a good cleaner for stubborn fuel residues and deposits that can build up over time.

Here’s what I’d do to get the most cleaning out of it:

• Wait until the tank is low, about 1/4 tank or less
• Add a full 16 oz can of High Mileage
• Drive at least 10–20 miles before refueling

The higher concentration works much better and faster to clean fuel gum, varnish, and other deposits than adding the same amount to a full tank.
