Yes, you can use Sea Foam Motor Treatment in your 2004 Kia Spectra with the 2.0L engine. It’s good to use in both the fuel and the oil.

For the best fuel-system cleaning, I’d recommend waiting until the tank is low, about 1/4 tank or less, then add a full 16 oz can and drive at least 10–20 miles before refueling. The higher concentration works much better and faster to clean fuel gum, varnish, and other deposits.

Since your Kia is an older vehicle, you could also use High Mileage Sea Foam for some additional cleaning strength.

For the oil, use 1 oz of Sea Foam per quart of oil, added 100–300 miles before your next oil change.
