Good question. As far as compatibility, yes. Trans Tune is compatible with automatic transmission fluid, so it will definitely work in a sealed transmission. Of course, these systems are more difficult for the do-it-yourselfer to service.
You can add Trans Tune for the full life/remaining life of your transmission fluid. Just know that it will reliquefy any deposits or varnish. No need to replace ATF as long as it isn’t too dirty or overdue for a fluid change. Hope that helps!
