I have a cylinder with very low compression. Engine sat for ten years, ran perfect when parked. Suspect oil ring is stuck. How much should I add to engine oil?

Thanks for the question, Kevin. Add 1 oz of Sea Foam Motor Treatment for each quart of oil. As you’re probably thinking, the only way it will help the cylinder is if a piston ring restriction is causing the low compression. Sea Foam in oil will work to clean the residues that cause ring restrictions, allowing the rings to loosen back up and expand back to normal
