For your 3.5L EcoBoost, add 1 oz of Sea Foam Motor Treatment per quart of oil in the crankcase.
Add the Sea Foam about 100–300 miles before your next oil change, then drive normally. This gives it time to circulate and reliquefy oil residues and deposits so they can drain away with the old oil when you change it.
