For cleaning, add a full can to a low tank of fuel (1/8 tank or so). Then drive till almost empty before refueling. The high concentration of Sea Foam works very well to clean. This is one of the best ways to use it!

Add 1 ounce per quart of oil about 100-300 miles before your next oil change.
Additionally, a Sea Foam Spray treatment every 3,000 miles or so is a great way to keep your Firebird running strong.
