Sea Foam in engine that won’t crank [SOLVED]

I have a Polaris XP 900 side by side that had started becoming hard to start. Can I use this if I can’t get it to crank?

Hi Toni,

If the engine won’t crank or start at all, Sea Foam Motor Treatment and Sea Foam Spray won’t help get it running.

However, once you solve the starting problem, a Sea Foam Spray treatment or adding Sea Foam to the fuel tank will help clean any residues and deposits in the fuel system, which often contributes a lot to hard starting problems.

Here are a few links that might be helpful:

For Sea Foam in the fuel, use a whole 16oz can in about 2 gallons of gas and run it until almost empty before refueling. That will do a great job cleaning.

Hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions!
