Sea Foam to free a stuck gas tank float [SOLVED]
1 Answers
I have 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. My gas floater inside the tank sometimes works and sometimes does not. The floater is gummed up. Some people suggested to use Sea Foam. Will it work?

Good question, Ali.
The stuck gas gauge problem is not something we claim Sea Foam can fix consistently. However, some people have reported successfully using Sea Foam to fix it.
If you want to give it a try, just add a full can of Sea Foam Motor Treatment or High Mileage to your fuel tank. In any case, Sea Foam will benefit your engine in other ways (works great to clean and lubricate the entire fuel system), so you wouldn’t be wasting anything by trying it.
Let us know what happens if you do!
