Using Sea Foam in 2004 Yamaha Roadstar 1700 oil with a wet clutch [SOLVED]
Asked by Christian R. In Quebec
Hello,
I used Sea Foam with great results in my car’s crankcase. I was wondering if it was safe to use in a motorcycle’s engine. My motorcycle is a 2004 Yamaha Roadstar 1700 and has a wet clutch. I would add it to the oil as recommended for cars.
Thanks for the question, Christian. Yes, Sea Foam is safe and effective to use in your Yamaha’s wet clutch oil. Thanks for using it and glad it has worked well in your car’s crankcase too!
