Just wondering if it helps to use a high octane (92) gasoline when I use Sea Foam Motor Treatment in my fuel?

Hi Phillip. Sea Foam will do its job at any combustible octane number (87 or greater). Octane is a measurement that has to do with gasoline compression and detonation. Octane would not be a factor to help the treatment, anyway.
