Will Sea Foam help a catalytic converter? [SOLVED]
Asked by Tim C. In Alabama
I have a 2011 F150 with a 3.5 Ecoboost and 150K miles. It shows an occasional CEL having to do with catalytic converter. Would Sea Foam help? Someone mentioned Lucas products. I’m thinking Sea Foam. Truck is driven mainly in Oklahoma, but headed to Colorado early 2021.
Thanks for the question Tim. We get this question a lot, but no, Sea Foam has nothing to do with how a catalytic converter works. Wish we could be more helpful, though you should probably have it looked it by someone with a lot of F150 experience.
