IN HYDRAULIC FLUID

DOES NOT HARM GASKETS and O-RINGS OR SWELL SEALS

DIRECTIONS

Add one pint (16 oz.) of TRANS TUNE for every 4 gallons of hydraulic fluid.

For pre-flush cleaning of old fluid, operate TRANS TUNE-treated hydraulic systems at least 30 minutes before draining.

DO NOT EXCEED ONE TREATMENT PER FLUID INTERVAL.

DO NOT USE IN BRAKE SYSTEMS.

SUMMARY

Every petroleum fluid system is prone to erratic and rough performance caused by gum, varnish, and moisture. Trans Tune works fast to dissolve harmful deposits and control the moisture that impairs fluid systems.

Trans Tune works in hydraulic fluid to clean sticky varnish from pressure valves and hydraulic pumps, and to help manage moisture in fluid. It’s safe for use in all types of petroleum-based hydraulic fluid and will not harm gaskets and O-rings or swell seals. Use as a conditioner or an excellent pre-flush cleaner!

Good question, Mike. Warm the vehicle up to operating temperature, and check the transmission fluid level. As long as it’s not overfilled, you can add the Trans Tune without draining any transmission fluid. There’s plenty of capacity for 16 oz. of Trans Tune.

I have a 2012 Ford Escape with 104,000 miles. I want to add Trans Tune as a conditioner, as I do not know the whole history of the vehicle. The trans fluid is full. Can I add the whole can and leave it in indefinitely?

Good question. Yes, you can add the whole thing and leave it in there until your next regularly-scheduled fluid change. It won’t hurt anything, and it will work to condition the fluid for as long as it’s in there.
