Great question Mike. No, never remove motor oil to make room for Sea Foam. There’s plenty of room in a crankcase for 6 ounces of Sea Foam. Just twist open the filler cap, pour it in and go! Sea Foam will work for the continuation of the oil interval to liquify heavier oil residues and forms so the residues can drain away when you dump your oil. [Otherwise, the heavier forms will stay in your crankcase and build.]
