Do you need to drain 10 ounces of oil when adding 10 ounces of Sea Foam Motor Treatment in order to maintain the correct oil level? In other words, is it ok if the oil level is over the limit on the dipstick because of adding Sea Foam?

Most oil crankcases have plenty of room for 10 ounces of Sea Foam Motor Treatment without draining any oil. 10 ounces is a small amount in a 10 quart oil system. Unless the oil system is already overfilled, you do not need to drain any oil.
If the oil crankcase is already overfilled, then you’d want to drain some to get the levels back to normal anyway. We always recommend following the vehicle manufacturer’s fill levels (do not overfill).
