I put a can of Sea Foam into my Mustang V8 engine oil intending to run it for a few hundred miles and then do an oil change. However, I broke my shoulder and I haven’t been able to drive the car for a couple of months now. I just wanted to check whether the Sea Foam and oil sitting in the engine was okay just sitting there. Or whether I should get somebody else to drain the oil since it’s been in there for a while and not being used.
Thanks for the question Christian. There are no concerns whatsoever to have Sea Foam in the crankcase without running the engine for a long period of time. You can take care of everything once you’re back to normal. Heal well!
