Hi Eric,

Great question – doing all three of those treatments will help keep your engine running strong for a long time!

Here’s what I’d recommend:

Gas treatment: every 3,000 miles or 3 months. For vehicles that sit for long periods of time in between use, add 1 oz/per gallon while they are parked.

Top end/intake treatment: every 7,000 miles or once a year.

Oil treatment: You’re absolutely correct to add Sea Foam to oil 300 miles before every oil change. Keeping your crankcase and engine clean is one key to a long-lasting engine, and adding Sea Foam is a great way to do it!
