Is it ok to add Sea Foam to my tank if it is 3 quarter full and how much should I add? [SOLVED]

Yes, it’s okay to add Sea Foam Motor Treatment when your tank is 3/4 full. However, I’d wait until the tank gets down to about 1/4 tank or less, then add a full 16 oz can and drive at least 10-20 miles before refueling. The higher concentration works much better and faster to clean fuel gum, varnish, and other deposits.
