Can I use Sea Foam in my 2009 Honda Goldwing motorcycle with a clutch that uses the same oil as the engine? They do not want us to use an additive or oil that has friction modifiers. I have been using AmsOil full synthetic 10W-30 oil since it was new.
Hi Gene – we get lots of questions about using Sea Foam in a wet clutch. Yes, you can use Sea Foam Motor Treatment in your Goldwing. It’s safe and effective in the oil. Sea Foam Motor Treatment does not contain any friction modifiers, so you’re good to go.
