Using Sea Foam Motor Treatment or Sea Foam Spray in oil? [SOLVED]
Asked by Kenny A. In Alabama
Sea Foam Spray vs Sea Foam Liquid poured into an oil crankcase.
I’m new to this product. I just bought a can of Sea Foam Motor Treatment [liquid] which I will pour into the oil. Do I need the spray as well? The vehicle has over 80K miles on it. Thank you.
Hi Kenny. For adding to oil, all you need is Sea Foam Motor Treatment [or High Mileage]. Sea Foam Spray is used for upper engine cleaning through an engine’s air intake. Sea Foam Spray is not used for crankcase applications.
