Hey Nick. Yes, Sea Foam can be mixed with Heet. I am going to suppose Iso-Heet, which is isopropyl alcohol, which works great to solubilize moisture, a great cleaner, and helps with ignition vapor when temps are cold.

There are many makers/sellers of isopropyl alcohol that are sold in red bottles, so Iso-HEET (the isopropyl version of HEET).
